Yukon

Yukon is a remote and breathtakingly beautiful territory in northwestern Canada, known for its vast wilderness, towering mountains, and rich Indigenous culture. Home to Mount Logan, Canada’s highest peak, the region offers unparalleled natural attractions including Kluane National Park, Ivvavik National Park, and the iconic Emerald Lake. These landscapes feature glaciers, alpine lakes, and pristine rivers like the Alsek River, drawing adventurers and nature lovers year-round. Despite being sparsely populated, Yukon is economically active and socially vibrant, offering a high quality of life in close-knit communities like Whitehorse and Dawson City.

Introduction to Yukon PNP

Nestled in Canada’s far northwest, Yukon is a territory of breathtaking wilderness, rich history, and close-knit communities, with Whitehorse serving as its vibrant capital. With a population under 50,000, Yukon boasts a high GDP per capita and an exceptionally high human development index.

To support its growing economy and labor needs, Yukon offers the Yukon Nominee Program (YNP)—a PNP that enables eligible foreign workers and entrepreneurs to obtain a territorial nomination for Canadian permanent residency. In 2025, YNP launched an Expression of Interest (EOI) intake to manage limited nomination spots (only 215 nominations available).
